This comes from a smoke free home and is in excellent condition. Noted errors / rare features (see pictures for details).

No stamp on the inside of the tush tag. PVC pellets used prior to mass production. Error 1: Surface misspelled on back of hang tag as "Suface".

Error 2: Additional "space" between'Date of birth' and date listed. Error 3: After date of birth, a semi-colon (;) is used incorrectly rather than the correct colon (:).

Error 4: Words "Beanie Baby" are in bold on the front of the swing tag and should not be bold. Error 5: Date on tush tag is 1993. Date on hang tag is 1994.

I'm told this is extremely rare. Error 6: Original is misspelled on the front of the hang tag as "Origiinal". Additional pictures on request from serious buyers.
