You are viewing an EXTREMELY RARE Longaberger Majolica Compote. This generous size piece measures 17"L x 8.5"W x 5H and features hand-painted Peony & Dogwood embossments on Stoneware Pottery.

The Majolica Garden Compote has a subtle woven background highlighted with a straw colored glaze both inside and outside. It is further highlighted with hand painted, sculpted peony and dogwood flowers and is finished with a filigree green band and features a pedestal base. It is safe microwave and dishwasher safe.

This item was offered as a "Consultant Special Offer" and only 597 were made. It is beautiful to use as a fruit bowl or as a display piece.
